Crappie Spawn — Prime Fishing Window

When surface temperatures hit 55–65°F, crappie move into shallow, brushy cover to spawn. On Truman Lake this typically runs late March through mid-May. Osceola-side coves warm earliest; Clinton/Bucksaw spawn follows. This is the calendar week to book a cabin.
