Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Truman Lake Cabin Rentals ("the Site", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

The Site is a directory. Cabin listings are published on behalf of independent operators ("Listed Operators"). We do not act as an agent of any Listed Operator, do not process reservations or payments for stays, and are not a party to any rental agreement between a traveler and a Listed Operator.

2. Listing fees

Paid listings are billed annually at the rate displayed on the List Your Cabin page. Founding Owner promotional terms apply to the first 20 listing owners and provide one year of free listing, after which the standard annual fee applies. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Content

Listed Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. We reserve the right to edit or remove content that is misleading, illegal, or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party listings, event information, or travel guidance.

6. Operating entity

Truman Lake Cabin Rentals is operated by Promise Land Management LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Truman Lake Cabin Rentals under a fictitious name registration filed with the Missouri Secretary of State. Mailing address for legal notices: 115 Conley Road #1098, Columbia, MO 65201. All public-facing communications are issued under the Truman Lake Cabin Rentals brand.
